This Privacy Policy (hereinafter - the Policy) applies to all information that an individual entrepreneur Vitaliy Ivanovych Tafiy (hereinafter - the Contractor), may receive about users when they use the Contractor's website located on the Internet at https://www.parts-crossreference.com/ (hereinafter - the Website).
1. Introduction.
1.1. The Contractor is committed to protecting the privacy of the Website users. In the Policy, the Contractor explains how it will process the personal data of users.
1.2. The use of the Website means the user's unconditional consent to the Policy and the terms of processing of his/her personal data specified in it. The user confirms that by giving such consent, he/she acts freely, of his/her own free will and in his/her own interest. In case of disagreement with these terms, the user must refrain from using the Website.
2. Collection and processing of personal data of users by the Contractor.
2.1. For the purposes of the Policy, "user's personal data" means:
information about the user's device and his/her visit to and use of the Website (including IP address, geographic location, browser type and version, operating system, referral source, cookie information, duration of visit, page views and navigation paths of the Website);
personal information that the user provides about himself/herself when registering (creating an account) or using the Website, including personal data of the user, such as name, locality, website address, phone number, country, etc;
any other personal data provided by the user to the Contractor;
other information about the user, if its collection and/or provision is specified in the regulatory documents of the Website.
3. Use of personal data by the Contractor.
3.1. Personal data provided to the Contractor through the Website will be used for the purposes specified in the Policy or on the relevant pages of the Website.
3.2.The Contractor may use the user's personal data for the purpose of:
administering the Website and business processes;
granting users permission to use the services available on the Website;
providing services available on the Website;
sending users statements, invoices and payment reminders;
receiving payments from users;
sending users email notifications, non-marketing commercial communications, newsletters, notices, requests and information regarding the provision of services, and processing orders from the user;
maintaining the security of the Website and preventing fraud;
verification of compliance with the terms and conditions governing the use of the Website (including monitoring of personal messages sent through the Website's private messaging service);
identification of the party within the framework of contracts with the Contractor;
processing necessary for the fulfillment of the Contractor's contractual obligations to the user.
4. The user's personal data is kept confidential, except for the user's voluntary provision of information about himself/herself for public access to an unlimited number of persons.
This Policy applies only to the Website. The Contractor does not control and is not responsible for third-party sites to which the user can follow the links available on the Site.
5. Disclosure of personal data.
5.1. The Contractor shall collect, process and store only the personal data necessary for the provision of services in strict accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
5.2. The Contractor may disclose personal data of users to its employees, officials, professional consultants, subcontractors, if it is reasonably necessary for the purposes set forth in the Policy.
5.3. By using the Website, the user agrees that a certain part of his/her personal data becomes publicly available.
5.4. The Contractor shall not provide the user's personal data to any third party for the purpose of direct marketing by them or any other third party without the user's express consent.
5.5. The Contractor has the right to transfer the user's personal data to third parties in four cases:
the user has expressed his/her consent to such actions;
the transfer is necessary as part of the user's use of the Website or the provision of services to the user;
the transfer is provided for by the legislation of Ukraine within the framework of the procedure established by law;
in order to ensure the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Contractor or third parties in cases where the user violates the terms of use of the Website.
6. Storage of personal data.
6.1. The Contractor will store personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was collected or to comply with the legislation of Ukraine.
6.2. The Contractor shall store documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data:
to the extent that the Contractor is obliged to do so under the legislation of Ukraine;
if the Contractor believes that the documents may be relevant to any current or future legal proceedings;
to establish, exercise or defend the Contractor's legal rights (including providing information to others in order to prevent fraud).
7. Measures taken to protect users' personal data.
7.1. The Contractor shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the user's personal information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution.
7.2. The Contractor will store all personal data provided by users on secure (password and firewall protected) servers.
7.3. All electronic financial transactions carried out through the Website will be protected by encryption technology.
7.4. The User acknowledges that the transmission of information via the Internet is inherently unprotected, and the Contractor cannot guarantee the security of data sent via the Internet.
7.5. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of the password used to access the Website. The Contractor will not ask the user for a password (except when the user logs in to the Website).
8. The Contractor does not verify the accuracy of the personal data provided by users and does not exercise control over their legal capacity. However, the Contractor assumes that the user provides accurate personal data during registration. Personal data belongs to the user personally and the user keeps this information up to date.
9. The user's consent to the processing of personal data is valid indefinitely from the moment of registration of the user on the Website, and does not require periodic confirmation.
10. Users' rights.
10.1. The Contractor shall have the right not to provide personal data requested by the user to the extent permitted by the legislation of Ukraine.
10.2. The user may at any time instruct the Contractor not to process their personal data for marketing purposes.
11. Changing personal data by the user.
11.1. The user may at any time update or supplement their personal data or a part thereof, as well as its privacy settings, using the relevant functionality of the Website (if any).
11.2. The user has the right to require the Contractor to clarify, block or delete the personal data provided by them or part of it if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as to take measures provided for by the legislation of Ukraine to protect their rights.
12. Changes to the Privacy Policy, applicable law.
12.1. The Contractor has the right to make changes to the Policy. When making changes to the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is published on the Website. The current version of the Policy is always available on the corresponding page of the Website.
12.2. The legislation of Ukraine shall apply to the Policy and the relationship between the user and the Contractor arising in connection with the application of the Policy.
12.3. When processing users' personal data, the Contractor is guided by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Personal Data".

All suggestions or questions regarding the Policy should be communicated to the Contractor using the contact form of the Website or by e-mail published on the Website.
